Quartz 360 features integrated G-CELL panels and a memory foam headrest that protect your child in the event of a side collision, as well as a secure 5-point safety harness. The 360° rotating FlexiSpin base ensures your little one can travel in the safest rearward-facing position up to 4 years old, and they can face forwards if you prefer from 15 months old.
Ease of use
Getting your little one into their car seat ahead of each journey is simple. The rotating base lets you easily rotate the base towards you so you can place them in their seat with ease. The easy-in harness hooks ensure the straps stay open and out of the way while getting them in position.

Because Quartz 360 comes with the Maxi-Cosi Newborn inlay, your little one can use it from day one (40 cm). As they grow, you can remove the Newborn inlay and keep them sitting comfortably in the car all the way up to 4 years old (105 cm) thanks to the adjustable headrest height positions and harness.

The Newborn inlay for babies is included with Quartz 360. By using the Newborn inlay, you can use Quartz 360 from birth (40 cm), providing a proper fit and room to grow.
What is the maximum weight limit for children using Quartz 360?
The maximum child weight limit is 18 kg.
Why should babies and young toddlers travel rearward facing?
A baby's head is large and relatively heavy in relation to the rest of the body. Moreover, the neck muscles are not yet fully developed. If a baby is transported forward-facing, his or her head will be thrown forward in a frontal collision, meaning it’s safer to keep your baby travelling in a rearward-facing position for as long as possible.
How tightly should I fasten the safety belt system?
To fasten the safety belt correctly, the child must be properly secured in the Quartz 360 car seat. Tighten the belt's adjustment strap until the belt fits tightly to the child's body. When the safety belt is tight enough, only one finger width should fit between your child's body and the restraint strap. The tighter the belt, the better your child is secured and the better protected in an accident.
Can I install Quartz 360 with the car seat belt?
No, Quartz 360 cannot be installed using the car seat belt. This is an i-Size car seat that must be installed using the ISOFIX system
How do I adjust the headrest of Quartz 360?
To adjust the headrest, first release the belt by pressing the soft belt adjustment button (at the front, on top of the seat) and pulling out the belt strap. Once you’ve done this, press the button at the back of the headrest and move the headrest up or down to adjust its height.
What is the correct position for the headrest of my car seat?
The headrest should be positioned so that the child's eyes and ears are in the centre of the headrest in the forward-facing position. This means that in the forward-facing position, the child's head can protrude above the headrest. In the rearward-facing position, the head should not extend above the headrest.
How many recline and seat positions does Quartz 360 have?
Quartz 360 features five comfortable positions in both the rearward and forward-facing positions, from a sitting position to a sleeping position. The position can be easily adjusted from the front of the seat.
Where is the handle to adjust the recline position of Quartz 360?
The grey handle for reclining the seat is on the front of the seat and can be used in all positions: rear-facing, forward-facing and in the sideways (loading) position.
Can I rotate the Quartz 360 when the car seat is in the reclined position?
Yes, Quartz 360 can also be rotated when the seat is in the reclined position, for optimal convenience in daily use.
What is G-CELL Side Impact Protection?
G-CELL is our side impact protection system. An integrated safety system that is always activated and spreads the force of the impact over the entire structure of the car seat in the event of a side impact. Users do not have to perform any additional action to install or activate the functionality, preventing it from being used incorrectly and preventing it from interfering with the interior of the car or other passengers.
